Before we get started, we would appreciate it if you could read through the following information and complete the questionnaire at the bottom of the page to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

COMMUNICATION

Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Feel free to call or text during those hours. Please note, our Director spends a significant amount of time in design meetings or on site so may not be able to get back to you straight away. If this is the case, our office may be able to assist in the meantime, or take a message for us to call you back as soon as possible.

If you would like a meeting or phone call, this should be scheduled in.

Please nominate one point of contact for your project so communication is smooth and efficient.

 

 

EXPECTATIONS

Renovating can be stressful and we like to prepare our clients for what is to come. Here are some things below to prepare yourself for.

 

 

PROJECT STAGES & TIMELINES

Please note, all timeframes stated are estimates pending the following.

  • Client engagement, and how quickly decisions can be made and stuck to.

  • The project need for external consultants and their respective availabilities.

  • The approval process - if, and how long strata and/or Council approvals are required. Each Council and project has individual needs and requirements and their approval timelines will vary

  • The Unlisted Collectives availability. We work with a range of clients and projects at different stages and with varying needs. Occasionally some projects will require our full attention at certain times.
